Event Terms & Conditions

Event: Paint, Plant & Sip – Women Only
Host: Nothing but Love Homestead LLC (“Host”)
Location: Private residence in Birmingham, AL (address provided week of event)
Date & Time: July 18, 2026, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Tickets

• This is a women only event; tickets are non‑transferable to male guests.

• Participants must be at least 21 years old if they choose to bring and consume alcoholic beverages.

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time listed above and for the person named at checkout.

2. Event Activities

• The event includes:

  • 1 Canvas with provided and choose from 1 of 5 provided images,

  • One seedling to plant and take home,

  • Light refreshments (non‑alcoholic beverages and snacks),

  • Outdoor restroom access (portable or external toilet).

• Activities occur primarily outdoors; participants should dress appropriately for weather and farm conditions (sun, insects, uneven ground, mud, etc.).

3. Private Property & Conduct

• Nothing but Love Homestead is also the Host’s private home; participants agree to be respectful of the property, animals, plants, and other guests.

• No entering home or restricted areas without explicit permission from the Host.

• The Host reserves the right to ask any person to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior, without refund.

4. Bees, Animals & Outdoor Risks

• Honeybees are active on the property and will be flying during the event.

• By attending, Participant understands and accepts the risks associated with bees, insects, animals, uneven terrain, plants, and outdoor conditions.

• Participants with known allergies (e.g., bee stings, foods, plants) are responsible for bringing and using their own medications (such as EpiPens, antihistamines) and for monitoring their own health needs.

• The Host is not responsible for allergic reactions, insect bites or stings, or other outdoor/environmental exposures.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

• Participant understands that attending an event on a working homestead carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, insect stings, animal interactions, exposure to weather, and minor injuries related to gardening or art activities.

• By attending, Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees that Nothing but Love Homestead LLC, its owners, family, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur on or around the premises, except where prohibited by law.

• Participant agrees to hold the Host harmless from any claims, demands, actions, or damages arising from participation in this event.

6. BYOB – Bring Your Own Beverage

• Participants may bring their own beverage(s), including alcoholic beverages, for personal use only.

• The Host does not provide or serve alcohol and is not responsible for monitoring alcohol consumption.

• Participant is fully responsible for their own choices regarding alcohol, including transportation, sobriety, and compliance with all applicable laws.

• Nothing but Love Homestead LLC and its owners are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except at the sole discretion of the Host or where required by law.

• If there is bad weather in the forecast or other circumstances beyond the Host’s control (e.g., severe weather, illness, emergencies), the event may be rescheduled for the following week or another date.

• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date; if Participant cannot attend the new date, they may request an account credit or transfer to another future event, at the Host’s discretion.

• If the event is cancelled without a reschedule date, the Host may offer refunds or credits.

8. Health, Safety & COVID/Illness

• Participant agrees not to attend if they are sick, have a fever, or have been recently exposed to a contagious illness.

• The Host may, at their discretion, ask visibly ill participants to leave for the safety of others, without refund.

• Basic safety guidelines (hand‑washing, using provided tools properly, following instructions) must be followed at all times.

9. Photography, Video & Media

• By attending, Participant understands that photos and/or video may be taken during the event for marketing, social media, and storytelling purposes by Nothing but Love Homestead LLC.

• Participant grants the Host permission to use images and recordings that may include their likeness, without compensation, in print and digital formats (website, social media, flyers, etc.), unless they notify the Host in writing before the event.

• Participants may take personal photos and videos for private use; commercial use or recording of full classes or content for resale is not permitted without written consent.

10. Personal Belongings

• Participant is responsible for their own personal belongings, including phones, bags, cameras, and vehicles.

• The Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

11. Contact Information & Communication

• Address and detailed directions will be provided the week of the event via email and/or text to the contact information provided at checkout.

• Participant agrees to provide a valid email and phone number at checkout and to check them for updates, reschedule notices, or changes.

• By registering, Participant consents to receive event‑related communications from the Host.

12. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending this event, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and assume all risks associated with attending an event at Nothing but Love Homestead LLC.
