Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Because we sell perishable and live items, our return policy is very limited.
Return Window
We offer a 1‑day return policy for both seeds and live plants, which means you must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For live plants, please include clear photos showing any issues upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at nothingbutlove19@gmail.com. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for how to send or dispose of the item safely. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable or live goods that are healthy on arrival (flowers, food, eggs, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or herbal products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If your live plant or seed order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
